BikeTag offers a refund if your bicycle is stolen. The following terms apply:

• The bike was stolen within 24 months of purchasing your BikeTag.
• The bike has been reported missing through BikeTag and the police for at least 10 days.
• When you receive the money, your BikeTag will be deactivated and removed from your app.
